What is campaign, its uses and how to delete the old campaign name?

A campaign name is a Tag given to the messages you sent, for easy management of the reports.

It can also be understood as a subject line of a mail or a heading name which will help you remember the SMS you sent previously.

For example- If you wish to send greeting messages on the occasion of Diwali, you may use the campaign name Diwali wishes.

To delete your old created campaign names, follow these steps:

 Login to your MSG91 account. 

Click on Segmento < Send SMS and then just click on the campaign bar. All your campaign names will be appearing on the right-hand side of the screen, you can click on "Delete All"

To delete all campaigns click on Delete All and to delete a single campaign click on the delete icon.
