How can I change my password or reset it if I forgot the old one?

In order to change the password or reset if forgot the old, follow the below steps:

1. Visit https://control.msg91.com/signin/

2. Click the option "I want to use the password"

3. Click Generate password.

4. Enter the registered email address with MSG91.

5. Enter the missing digits of the registered mobile number to receive an OTP.

6. Enter the OTP received to enter the password set/reset page.

7. Click Submit and follow step1 & step 2 to log in using a set password.
